Oh, how we love our road trips. Well, the traveling part can get long with three kids but we split it up into three parts this time and that made it a little less hectic.
The Chauffeur.
First stop: Chicago. Just to sleep. Second stop: Watertown, SD to visit Great Grandpa Joe. He turns 103 this year. Crazy. But it may very well be the last visit we make to him as he's been pretty sick lately. Poor Joe. But the kids loved spending the afternoon with him.
Good memories to make note of. It's so nice we get to make these trips often thanks to all the driving we have to do across the country. We might not otherwise make them.
